The Skylark Café is run by a family local to Wandsworth who took over the location in 2014, inspired by creating a place where everyone could enjoy good, imaginatively prepared food & drink, making visits to the beautiful Wandsworth Common even more special.
Over the years, husband and wife team Charlie & Fran have opened up sites across parks including @therookerycafe in Streatham Common, @orleanshousecafe on the Riverside in Twickenham, @pitzhangerpantry in Walpole Park & finally @bishopsparkteahouse in Bishops Park! To bring the cafés together, @roots_berries was launched in late 2021.
The welcoming space on Wandsworth Common is open until 6pm everyday, serving up coffee from RWRD partners @curiousroocoffeeroasters on a @lamarzocco Line Classic partnered with an @victoriaarduino_uk grinder ☕️
