Meet Anselmo, owner of Café 63 High Street In New Malden.

How did you get started in the coffee industry, and what did you do before?

I started with the help of my two older sisters and parents. They encouraged me to utilise my business orientated personality and people skills that they recognised before I even could myself. Before I was an aspiring professional footballer.

Where do you source your coffee from and why did you choose it?

We source our coffee from Trader’s Coffee Bay, we chose them because they were local and we liked their house blend, Cafe Creme.

What makes your coffee shop stand out?

Consistent quality and a chilled vibe that comes from the interior and the service from the staff.

How did you choose your brand/shop name?
We chose 63 High St. because it is our address!
What’s your coffee of choice?

Oat Flat White.
