No, customers don’t need the app for RWRD Tip Boxes, but simply tap their card or mobile pay on the device to securely leave a tip.
Absolutely, our in app tipping is powered by Stripe and secured by all the relevant providers.
Head to the team tips tab in your RWRD business portal to see tip data including amount earned, how your customers are tipping and when the next payout is due.
Customers collect stamps via the NFC tags provided. Upon completing a card, they follow in app instructions to redeem their coffee with a member of your team.
You can update your profile & amend your card design, including number of stamps, by logging into your RWRD business portal.
Login to your business portal and click the posts page. Create your post and hit send to instantly post onto the RWRD app newsfeed.

We work with leading independent shops across all four corners of the UK as well as Australia, South Africa & Canada. You can find shops in your area using the ‘Local to you Guide’ and map features in the app. Want to check out other places? Hit your account button, click profile, and select from all RWRD regions.
Simply scan the RWRD tag in store to collect stamps and complete your card. To redeem a full card, follow the on screen steps and show your barista the clock animation. This will clear after one hour.
You can access special offers from RWRD venues in the ‘News & Offers’ tab in the ‘Local to you’ section of the RWRD app. In addition RWRD shares special offers via Push notifications & email – ensure you don’t miss out and opt into marketing in your profile section.
RWRD+ is a premium section of the platform taking members beyond coffee & introducing you to independent brands you don’t know you love yet! Sign up to the RWRD+ in app (hit the + in the top right hand corner!) community to; Earn free coffee faster with a pre filled stamp on every loyalty card, uncover discounts from hand selected partner brands to redeem online , receive complimentary invites & discounts on events & expert sessions online and in person.
To ensure that you receive news & offers relevant to you, we ask for some details about your coffee preferences. Even better, you’ll receive a free stamp at a location of your choice! To complete and claim your stamp, click on your account section and enter profile.
You can find new coffee shops in app, and by following RWRD on Instagram or signing up to our newsletter.
You can leave a tip after collecting a stamp, or by searching for a venue profile (click the search icon on the top left of your screen) and pressing ‘Stamp Card’ in the venue profile. All payments are secured by Apple, Google & Stripe. Click here to find out more about how tipping with RWRD works.
